Creating Your Vintape Account
To register as a new customer, simply navigate to “My Account” in the top left corner of our homepage. This will take you to the login page.
Click on the “New to Vintape? Sign up” button. You’ll then be redirected to the registration page, where you’ll be prompted to enter your email address.
To set up your password, you will receive a separate email from us. Just click the “Set your new password” link in that email and create your password on the page that opens. You can immediately update your profile information after registration.
Alternatively, you can also register during the checkout process when making a purchase.

Order
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, add the products you love to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the easy steps to enter your shipping and payment details, and confirm your order. You’ll receive an order confirmation email shortly after.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
We process orders quickly to get your products to you as soon as possible. If you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us immediately via email at [email protected]. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t been shipped yet.
How can I check my order status?
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to track its status. You can also log in to your account on our website to view your order history and tracking information.

Where do you ship?
We proudly ship across Europe and to select international destinations. You can view the full list of countries we ship to during the checkout process.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary depending on your location, the weight of your order, and the chosen shipping method. You can see the exact shipping cost calculated at checkout before finalizing your purchase. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, so keep an eye on our announcements!
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected. Generally, orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Within Austria: Typically 2-4 business days.
Within Europe: Typically 4-10 business days.
International: May take longer, depending on the destination. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped, so you can monitor its journey.
What if my order is delayed or lost?
While rare, delays can happen. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check your tracking information first. If you still have concerns, contact us at [email protected], and we’ll investigate the issue for you.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you’re not entirely satisfied, you can return books within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original, resellable condition.
How do I return an item?
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us. Please note that return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically issued within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
What if my book arrives damaged or incorrect?
We take great care in packaging your orders, but sometimes accidents happen. If your book arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at [email protected] with photos of the damage or incorrect item. We’ll arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.
